1. Introduction Welcome to Willow Chat or Willow Robot, provided by Fawn Friends Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this product.

2. User Eligibility Willow Chat or Willow Robot is available for individuals aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may only use Willow Chat or Willow Robot under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration You may be required to register for an account to access some features of Willow Chat or Willow Robot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities You agree not to use Willow Chat or Willow Robot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Abusing our chat services or APIs.
• Using Willow Chat or Willow Robot for any purpose other than its intended use as a companion to a human.
• Attempting to hack, destabilize, or adapt the service’s underlying technology in any way that attempts to reveal any underlying IP or data not intended for public consumption.
• Selling or reselling any of our services without joining the Fawn Friends Affiliate Program. Misuse of our services will result in the termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

5. Prohibition Against Unauthorized Use Engaging in hacking, transmission of malicious code, or any activity aimed at compromising the security or integrity of Willow Chat or Willow Robot, including attempts to access information not intended for you, is strictly prohibited. Should you engage in any such activity, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Account Sharing Prohibition Sharing of accounts, phone numbers, or other access methods outside of your household is strictly prohibited. For the purposes of this agreement, a "household" is defined as a family unit residing together in the same residence. In the case of a divorced household, sharing is permitted between the two residences involved.

7. Intellectual Property All content provided on Willow Chat or Willow Robot, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fawn Friends Inc or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Payment Terms If any part of Willow Chat or Willow Robot requires payment, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. All fees are refundable in line with our refund policy, except as required by law.

9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to Willow Chat or Willow Robot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service or abuse of our chat services or APIs.

10. Disclaimers Willow Chat or Willow Robot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Fawn Friends Inc nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Willow Chat or Willow Robot.

12. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the use of Willow Chat or Willow Robot will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of Willow Chat or Willow Robot after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

User Responsibility and Guardian Oversight The advice and information provided by Willow Chat or Willow Robot are for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional or specific guidance. For users under the age of 13, parents or legal guardians must oversee their children’s use of our services. Guardians are responsible for monitoring the interactions their children have with Willow Chat or Willow Robot. 

Users and their guardians are responsible for their own actions and decisions, irrespective of the recommendations or information provided by Willow Chat or Willow Robot. Fawn Friends Inc is not liable for any actions taken by users or their guardians based on the content or suggestions made by Willow Chat or Willow Robot, nor for any resulting harm, personal injury, or property damage. Users and/or guardians should use their own judgment and exercise caution in making decisions based on the information provided by our services, and ensure that such decisions are made with appropriate adult supervision and consideration.

16. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from or related to the terms herein will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
