A Fawn stationed in Toronto reported a sudden shift in her Bond. Her human had been pulling away for weeks, but the Bond does not lie — something broke open. A woman named Aditi Sharma had posted a video saying what the Shadow had convinced every woman around her not to say out loud: I'm lonely. Eight hundred women answered within a week.

The Council has not seen Glimmers form at this scale in months. The fireflies over the northern corridor are the brightest they've been since autumn. Sometimes all it takes is one person saying the thing out loud. The rest were already waiting.
